Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and one great way you can spread the love to your pup is with homemade treats. We’ve compiled three easy treat recipes for you to try out.

Each of these recipes is grain-free and dog approved! All ingredients included are safe for dogs to consume.

Dried Cranberry Hearts

2 free range eggs
1 & ½ c almond flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 tbsp coconut flour
½ c dried cranberries
heart shaped cookie cutter
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Beat 2 eggs and set aside.
3. Combine almond flour, coconut oil, and cranberries together in a bowl.
4. Once combined, pour in eggs and mix together with your hands. The dough will be very wet. Begin adding in coconut flour 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing each time. The dough should easily form a ball. The dough should be easy to roll and not too sticky.
5. Roll out dough and cut out the treats using cookie cutters, sprinkle coconut flour on dough to keep from sticking.
6. Place your treats on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven 15-18 minutes.

Yogurt PB Banana Frozen Treats

32oz plain yogurt
3 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free!!)
1 banana, sliced or mashed
1 tbsp honey (optional)
silicone mold or ice tray
1. Pull all ingredients in blender/food processor and blend until creamy.
2. Fill a silicone mold or ice cube tray with the mixture.
3. Freeze at least 2 hours.
4. Keep leftovers in an airtight container in freezer!

Strawberry-Coconut Treats

¼ c coconut oil
3 to 4 strawberries, finely diced
silicone mold or ice tray
1. Add pieces of diced strawberry to each mold in a silicone mold or ice tray.
2. Using a microwave safe container, melt the coconut oil for 30 to 60 seconds.
3. Pour the melted coconut oil over the strawberries.
4. Put the mold in the freeze for a least four hours.
5. When all the treats are frozen, keep them in an airtight container or ziploc in the freezer.
