As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, we wanted to reach back out to update you.

We are following our normal business hours.

We know, now more than ever, your dog might be in need of quality exercise and socialization. We are continuing to follow all CDC recommendations and disinfecting all areas of our centers frequently. We’re thankful that the health of our four-legged companions is not at risk from COVID-19.

We are encouraging curbside pick-up and drop-off.

All of our pet enrichment centers will bring your dog to you. Just give your Pappy’s location a call and we’ll bring your dog inside or outside to your car. Your local Pappy’s is also prepared to take payment over the phone or keep a payment card on file so you can remain in your vehicle. We’re glad to implement this to do our part in practicing social distancing.

We are offering full days of daycare for the price of a half day ($18) now through April.

If your dog is starting to show signs of stress or boredom, we’re dedicated to being here for them. We’re here to provide mental stimulation and exercise to keep your dog active and healthy while you focus on your own health.

We are providing 10% off all grooming services (including baths) and 20% off training services, starting March 30th through April.

We understand that your dogs are going to continue to need care and upkeep. The cost of that care should be affordable, especially during this time. We’re proud to be able to do this for our pet parents and continue providing the award-winning pet care we’re known for.

We are asking that pet parents minimize the number of items brought if your dog is lodging with us.

If you find yourself traveling at this time, we’re still providing boarding services. However, we do ask that you only pack the essentials (food and/or medications) for the safety of our team. Rest assured, our enrichment centers are fully equipped with bedding, bowls, and blankets to keep your pet comfortable.

Our hearts go out to our community as we confront this virus together. Through it all, we’re fully committed to providing the best care possible for your pets in a clean and safe environment. We’re here for them because they’re always here for us. Thank you.
